4. App Permissions: In order to provide some of our services, we may collect information with your consent, for third-party integrations, such as Credolab Pte. Ltd., which requires access to your:

We use the information we collect to:

1. Provide and maintain our services, including processing transactions and managing your account.
2. Improve and personalize our services by understanding your preferences, interests, and usage patterns of the device and Oraan Committees
3. Communicate with you about our services, including sending you updates, promotions, and other relevant information.
4. Protect the security and integrity of our services by detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and other security risks.
5. Comply with applicable laws, financial regulations, and legal processes.
6. Conduct research and analysis to better understand our users and improve our services.

Sharing your information

Oraan is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data. We collect limited metadata from your Installed Applications, solely for the purpose of evaluating your Oraan Committee application and calculating a more accurate credit score. Your data is accessed only once and all personal identifiers are automatically removed and encoded into metadata, which cannot be used to reproduce the original data. We guarantee that your data will never be available to Oraan or any of our employees. To maintain the highest level of data protection, we securely transmit this metadata to CredoLab, a trusted credit analysis service provider. Oraan does not see or store your data. CredoLab analyzes the metadata and provides us with a risk score, which is used as part of our decision-making process to review your Oraan Committee application. Your data is safeguarded against unauthorized usage and disclosure.

We may share your personal information with third parties under the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, customer support, and data analytics.
• Compliance with laws and legal processes: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to legal processes, such as subpoenas or court orders.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, we may transfer your personal information to the new owner.
• With your consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have given us consent to do so, such as with our integration with Credolab Pte. Ltd. which requires access to your:

• Installed apps

Third-party integrations

We have integrated with Credolab Pte. Ltd. to provide you with enhanced services. By enabling access to Installed Applications, CredoLab will collect data to better evaluate your application. This information is only accessed once, collected in the form of metadata, and used to calculate a more accurate risk score. By granting us permission, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be collected and processed by Credolab Pte. Ltd. according to their privacy policy.

Account deletion

You are entitled to request the deletion of your Oraan account. To make this request, complete this form or navigate to the settings page on the Oraan app on your phone. Once you make your request, we will process it in compliance with the regulatory requirements set out by the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The decision on how to proceed with your request will depend on your history with Oraan. In certain cases, this will mean that your personal and non-personal information will be maintained with us.
