Is there a limit on the HBL PayPak Debit Card discount?

Usually there is a cap on what one bill can save, shown as "up to Rs" on each deal.

Do other HBL cards get the same discounts?

Not always. HBL sets deals card by card, so another of its cards can get a different discount, or none, at the same restaurant.

Do I need the physical card?

It is safest to carry it. Whether a phone or virtual card counts is up to the bank and the restaurant, and cash never gets the discount.
